Leaving InkDrafts

You can disconnect InkDrafts at any time, and every step is reversible by connecting again. In every case your repository and your published site stay yours and keep working without InkDrafts.

Stop syncing from Notion

In Notion, open Settings, then Connections, and revoke the InkDrafts connection. The scheduled sync in your repository's Actions tab then fails on invalid credentials and stops. Your published site stays up with the content it already has. You can also switch the sync off yourself in the repository's Actions tab.

End InkDrafts' access on GitHub

On GitHub, open Settings, then Applications, then Installed GitHub Apps, and uninstall InkDrafts. That ends all of the App's access to your account. Your dashboard will show the access as gone.

Remove the stored Notion token

The encrypted copy of your Notion token lives in your repository's Actions secrets. Revoking the Notion connection makes it useless. To remove it from GitHub entirely, delete the NOTION_TOKEN, NOTION_PAGES_DATABASE_ID, and NOTION_POSTS_DATABASE_ID secrets in the repository's Settings, under Secrets and variables, then Actions.

Delete your site

Delete the repository on GitHub. GitHub keeps a restore window, after which the repository and the published site are gone. InkDrafts cannot restore them for you.

Revoke the dashboard sign-in

If you signed in to the dashboard, you can revoke the InkDrafts authorization on GitHub under Settings, then Applications, then Authorized OAuth Apps. Any open dashboard session ends within 8 hours.

What remains on InkDrafts' side

InkDrafts keeps no copy of any of your tokens, so there is nothing to revoke there. Setup records delete themselves within 24 hours. The anonymous operational log entries described in the Privacy Policy age out within three days.
